Faith Bible Church's Wild Game Feed took place on February 3, 2018. This is an annual event that Linn County Pheasants Forever is involved with in the Linn County community. The Wild Game Feast in early February, annually and the event allows 400 regulars and guests of Faith Bible to share a meal of wild game. In addition to the sometimes exotic cuisine, the Wild Game Feast includes interaction with organizations, local retailers, bird-dog training, and additional educational sharing. Keep future events of this nature in mind and share with your friends and neighbors about this event for next year; the Wild Game Feast. Iowa’s pheasant population increased for the second year in a row to a statewide average of 24 birds, up 37 percent over 2014. This is the highest bird count since 2008 for most of the state, and in southeast Iowa, it’s the highest count in more than a decade.
