Linn County PF Habitat Project at Andrews Christian Academy

A Milkweed Planting took place in July 2018 at Andrews Christian Academy (located at 2773 Edgewood Rd, Cedar Rapids, IA 52411)

Greg Johnston prepared the soil in the fall of 2017 to assist with the seed taking hold and frost-seeded CP-25.  The event was attended by youth who attend the Andrew's Christian Academy as well as some staff.

While Linn County Pheasants Forever provided the labor, equipment and materials, 4 different kinds of Milkweed were supplied by The Monarch Watch at The University of Kansas.
