Dick Heft
Board Member
Dick is a 33 year + veteran of the United States Government retired as a Special Agent of the FBI. He competed at The Olympic Level in International Skeet Shooting representing The USA. He is active in a host of local, state, and national conservation and environmental organizations and is a past president of The Linn County Conservation Board and The Hawkeye Area Council of The Boy Scouts of America. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Turn In Poachers ( T.I.P. ) Program for the Iowa Dept. of Natural Resources. Dick has been recognized nationally by B.A.S.S. ( Bass Angler Sportsman Society ) for his leadership in youth fishing programs both locally and nationally. Dick is a very active Pheasant Hunter and hunts in several states on an annual basis.

Josh brings outdoor and survival skills to the Linn County Pheasants Forever board. Josh's Boy Scouts of America leadership assists the board through the eyes of an additional non-profit while benefiting youth as well as adults.

Tina brings to the board experience as a marksman instructor for the civil marksmanship program. In addition, she serves on the Iowa Scholastic Clay Target program board of directors and is a coach for the IowaSCTP and for the Ely American Legion Air Rifle program.

Kyle Robinson
Board Member
Kyle Robinson owns Kyle’s Framing & Gallery, a custom frame shop and art gallery, and Indian Creek Lure Company, a tackle company, in Marion, IA. Kyle worked in the grocery business for 30 years in Iowa and North Dakota, leaving to start his own business in 1999. Kyle has been active in Ducks Unlimited, Whitetails Unlimited, and Pheasants Forever.

Forrest has been a life long advocate for clean air, water and an advocate for the Trees Forever Program. Forrest is a conservationist and passionate to help educate the next generation of environmentalists.
